Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Flashboard service ("Flashboard" or "Service") provided by Seasoned ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Flashboard, you ("you" or "User") agree to comply with this AUP.

1. User Responsibilities

1.1. You are responsible for your use of Flashboard and for any data you manage through the Service.

1.2. You agree to use Flashboard in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the Terms of Service.

1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1. Unlawful and Harmful Content

You agree not to use Flashboard to transmit, store, or display any content that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Includes child pornography or exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., copyright, trademark, patent).

2.2. Service Disruption and Security

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Flashboard or the servers or networks connected to it, including denial-of-service attacks or attempts to overload the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of Flashboard, other users' accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to Flashboard.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls implemented by Seasoned.
• Use Flashboard to develop, distribute, or facilitate the use of any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Flashboard or any related systems or networks.

2.3. Impersonation and Fraud

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity, including phishing, identity theft, or unauthorized use of payment information.

2.4. Third-Party Violations

You agree not to:

Use Flashboard to generate admin panels, CMSs or manage data that violate the terms of service or acceptable use policies of any third-party websites, applications, or services.

2.5. Other Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent any limitations of the Flashboard service.
• Engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion, disrupts or harms the Service or our business operations.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

3.1. We may monitor your use of Flashboard to ensure compliance with this AUP and the Terms of Service.

3.2. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of this AUP.

3.3. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including, but not limited to:

• Suspending or terminating your access to Flashboard.
• Removing or disabling access to any content that violates this AUP.
• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

4. Changes to this AUP

We may modify this AUP at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any material changes by email. Your continued use of Flashboard after any changes to this AUP constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
